Administration & Dosage
Adults: nafthopidil is administered from 25mg once a day. If the effect is insufficient, it is gradually increased to 50 to 75mg at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks, and is administered orally once a day after meals. Increased or decrease depending on the efficacy, but the maximum daily dose is up to 75mg.
