Improvement of atherosclerotic in adult patients with acute coronary syndrome [Including patients who have undergone or will undergo drug therapy or oercutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (with or without stent installation) and coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) with unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction.] 3.Reduced risk of atherothrombosis and thromboembolism including stroke in adult patients with atrial fibrillation, which have more than one vascular risk factor, vitamin K antagonist (VKA) administration is not appropriate, and a low risk of bleeding.

Adults 1. To patients with ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction or peripheral arterial disease, 75 mg of clopidorogrel is administered orally once a day. 2. To patients with acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Q-wave myocardial infarction), start with 300mg once a day on the day of starting the drug administration. Then one day afterwards, 75mg once a day is administered orally as a maintenance dose. In such cases, 75 to 325mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with the drug once a day. 3. To patients with atrial fibrillation, 75 mg of this drug is administered orally once a day. In such cases 75 to 100mg of aspirin should be administered in combination with the drug once a day. ○ Patients with kidney failure: treatment experience in patients is limited. ○ Patients with liver disease: treatment experience in patients with moderate liver disease with bleeding constitution is limited. This drug can be administered regardless of meals.
