Treatment for Osteoporosis
Active Ingredients
Calcitriol 0.25μg
1. Patients with chronic kidney failure. 1) Predialysis Care - Secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with moderate to severe chronic kidney failure(creatinine clearance 15 ∼ 55 mL/min) and resulting metabolic bone disease. - In children, the creatinine clearance should be adjusted to 1.73 m2 of body surface area. If the blood iPTH is more than 100 pg/mL, there is more possibility of secondary hyperparathyroidism. 2) skeletal dysplasia in hemodialysis patients 2. Hypoparathyroidism (after surgery, idiopathic or pseudoparathyroidism) 3. Rickets and osteomalacia (vitamin D-dependent rickets, hypophosphatemic vitamin D-resistant rickets) 4. Osteoporosis
For patients who require Bazedoxifen but insufficiency intake of vitamin D. Take 1 tablet once a day, regardless of meals. Patients with kidney failure : the drug has not been fully tested in these patients, it should be administered carefully. Patients with liver disease : safety and effectiveness of the drug has not been established, the administration of this drug is not recommended.
