Reduce appropriately depending on the condition. 2. Improvement of ischemic symptoms such as ulcer, pain and feeling cold arterial insufficiency : It is usually administered orally after meals by dividing 200-300mg per day into 2-3 times for adults. Reduce appropriately depending on the condition. 3. Treatment of thrombosis and embolism due to ischemic cerebrovascular syndrome : It is usually administered orally 500mg divided into twice a day for adults after meals. Reduce appropriately depending on the condition. 4. Improvement of poor blood circulation following cerebral vasospasm after surgery of subretinal hemorrhage : It is usually administered orally 300mg divided into three times a day for adults after meals. Reduce appropriately depending on the condition. 5. Prevention and treatment of thrombosis and embolism due to coronary artery disease (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction) and treatment of ischemic symptoms : It is usually administered orally 500mg divided into twice a day for adults after meals. Increase or decrease appropriately according to age and symptoms. 6. Prevention of subacute thrombus after coronary stent placement : The administration is started from the stent installation day before or the installation day. It is usually administered orally 500mg divided into twice a day with aspirin(100~325mg a day) for 4~6 weeks after meals.
