Take one tablet once a month regularly on the same morning of each month, with a sufficient amount of water at least an hour before taking food, beverages (excluding water), or other oral medications or food supplements (including calcium). - The drug should be swallowed with a sufficient amount (180-240ml) of water in a standing or sit upright position, and do not lie down for 60 minutes after taking it. - Mineral water may decrease the absorption of this drug, so it should be taken with regular water. - To avoid esophageal ulcers, do not chew or suck. If the patient forgets to take it on the regular dosing day - If there are more than 8 days left until the next regular dosing date, take 1 tablet the next morning after recognizing that the dosing date has been missed, and then take 1 tablet every month on the previously scheduled regular dosing day. - If it remains within 7 days until the next regular dosing day, take 1 tablet on the next regular dosing day, and then take 1 tablet every month on the previously scheduled regular dosing day. - Do not take 2 tablets within the same week. Patients with inadequate dietary intake should supplement with calcium or vitamin D. Patients with liver disease No dose adjustment is required. Patients with kidney failure Dosage adjustment is not necessary for patients with mild or moderate kidney failure with a creatinine clearance of 30 mL/min or more, and administration of the drug is not recommended for patients with a creatinine clearance of 30 mL/min or less because clinical test is insufficient.
