The recommended dose is one capsule(0.5mg) once a day. Chewing, sucking, or crushing the capsule in the mouth can cause irritation of Pharyngeal mucosa thus swallow a capsule whole. The drug can be taken, regardless of meals. Patients with kidney failure or elderly patients do not need to control drug dosage. Because there is no data on administering this drug to patients with liver disease, the recommended dose of the drug to them has not been established.
