Cefaclor 250mg
1. Effective strain Streptococcus pneumoniae, Influenza, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes (group A-beta hemolytic), E. coli, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella, Gonococcus 2. Indication -Otitis media -Pneumonia, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis -Pyelonephritis, cystitis, gonococcal urethritis -Swelling, swelling, folliculitis, cellulitis, infectious atheroma, subcutaneous abscess, paronychia, wound infection
1. Adults: As cefaclor, oral administration of 250mg (titer) every 8 hours. In the case of severe infections (such as pneumonia) and infections associated with low susceptibility, double the administration. In the case of acute gonococcal urethritis, 3g of the drug and 1g of probenecid are administered in a single dose. 2. Children : Administration of 20mg (titer) per kg of body weight every 8 hours. In the case of severe infections, otitis media and infections associated with low susceptibility, administration of 40mg (titer) per kg of body weight per day and the maximum dose of 1g (titer) per day. 3. Patients with kidney failure: Can be administered without changing the dose. Treatment of beta hemolytic streptococcal infection should be administered for at least 10 days.
