1. Intramuscular injection ○ Adults: For severe infections as lincomycin, intramuscular injection of 300mg (titer) twice a day. For severe infections, intramuscular injection of 600mg twice a day. ○ Children (28 days or more): For severe infections, intramuscular injection of 10 mg (titer) per kg of body weight per day is divided 1 or 2 times 2. Intravenous injection ○ Adults: intravenous injection of 600 to 1,000mg (titer) per day divided 2 or 3 times.. For severe infections, the incremental doses of injection per demand. ○ Children (over 28 days): For severe infections, 10 to 20mg (titer) per kg of body weight per day in 2 to 3 divided intravenous injection. Appropriate increase or decrease according to age and symptoms. 3. Administration Must be diluted prior to intravenous administration.
