This drug should not be used for prevention, and be administered as a monotherapy, not in combination with other migraine treatment drugs. Place the tablet on the tongue, allow it to disintegrate, and swallow without water. Do not chew the tablets. 1. Adults (18~65 years old) The recommended dose is 2.5 mg as naratriptan, once. The maximum dose should not exceed 5.0 mg in a 24-hour period. If the migraine returns after a single dose, the dose may be repeated once after 4 hours. In patients who do not respond after administration, the dose should not be repeated for the same attack, but it can be administered for subsequent attack. 2. Adolescents, Children (younger than 17 years old) not recommended for these patients. 3. Geriatric patients (older than 66 years old) not recommended for these patients.
