This is a space for reporting 'abuse of authority related to duties, violations of internal accounting management regulations, sexual harassment, corruption, workplace harassment, unfair trade practices, and other acts contrary to social responsibility' by Yuyu Pharma's officers and employees. We will always be an ethical and responsible Yuyu Pharma.
We accept reports on unethical acts that violate the ethical management of the company and its officers and employees. The identity of the reporter is absolutely protected. The report will be processed as quickly as possible and the result will be communicated to the reporter in the manner requested.
Receiving money or entertainment from stakeholders in connection with duties
Using one's position to gain unfair profits or causing damage through fraudulent means or intentions
Improper use of company assets and information or obtaining unfair profits
Violations of applicable laws by the company and its officers and employees (Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Anti-Graft Act, Fair Trade Act, etc.)
Other unethical acts related to stakeholders
Confidentiality: Prohibition of disclosing or implying the reporter's identity without consent
Job Security: Protection from disadvantage or discrimination due to reporting or submitting materials
Liability Reduction: Reduction of disciplinary action for reporter's negligence discovered in relation to reporting
